Privacy Policy
We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have.
1. About This Policy
American Trucker Benefits ("ATB," "we," "us," or "our") is a marketing service operated by Kingsley Consulting. We operate the website americantruckerbenefits.com and related digital properties. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit our website, submit forms, or interact with our communications.
ATB is not an insurance company. We connect you with our licensed insurance agency partners, who in turn provide actual insurance services through licensed agents and carriers. The current list of our licensed insurance agency partners and the states in which they operate is provided in Section 6 below.
By using our website or submitting information through our forms, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you have any questions, please reach out to us at support@americantruckerbenefits.com.

- Content of messages and recordings (where lawful)
- Consent records (timestamp, IP, exact consent language at time of submission, version of this Privacy Policy in effect at time of submission)
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide for the following purposes:
- To match you with our licensed insurance agency partners and the licensed insurance agents and carriers they work with
- To contact you by phone, email, and SMS regarding insurance products, your quote request, and follow-up information — including communications from AI agents
- To schedule appointments and send reminders
- To improve our website, services, and marketing communications
- To analyze website performance and ad effectiveness
- To comply with applicable laws and regulations, including telecommunications and insurance regulations
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorized activity

4. TCPA Consent and Communications
Express Consent for Calls, Texts, and AI Communications
By submitting your contact information through our website, you expressly consent to being contacted by Kingsley Consulting (d/b/a American Trucker Benefits) and our licensed insurance agency partners (the current list is provided in Section 6 below) — and the licensed insurance professionals they work with — by:
- Telephone calls, including automated and pre-recorded calls
- Text messages (SMS/MMS), including marketing messages and AI-generated messages from AI agents such as Aria
You agree these communications may be sent to the number and email address you provided, including any wireless number, even if your number is registered on a Do Not Call list. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
The version of this Privacy Policy in effect at the time you submitted your information — including the list of licensed insurance agency partners and licensed states as of that date — applies to your consent. Only agencies that were on our partner list at the time of your consent will contact you under that consent.
How to Withdraw Consent
You may withdraw your consent at any time through any reasonable method, including:
- Replying STOP to any text message
- Following the unsubscribe link in any email
- Calling us during business hours
- Emailing support@americantruckerbenefits.com
- Submitting a request through our website contact form
In accordance with FCC rules effective April 11, 2025, we honor opt-out requests received through any reasonable method within ten (10) business days of receipt — and as a matter of practice, we process opt-outs in real time wherever possible. Once you opt out, you will receive no further marketing messages from us, except for a single confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out.
For details about our use of AI agents in communications, see our AI Disclosure page.
5. How Your Information Flows
When you submit a form on our website, your information moves through this chain:
- Kingsley Consulting (d/b/a American Trucker Benefits) collects your information through the form.
- Your information is shared with one or more of our licensed insurance agency partners that were on our partner list at the time of your consent (current list in Section 6) and that are licensed in your state.
- Licensed agents at those partner agencies may contact you via phone, email, or SMS to provide quotes and coverage options.
- AI-powered assistants (such as Aria) may operate on behalf of those partner agencies to schedule appointments, send reminders, and handle routine follow-up.
- Insurance carriers may receive your information when an agent submits an application on your behalf, but only with your knowledge.
All parties in this chain are bound by the privacy commitments described in this policy. Each licensed insurance agency partner operates under privacy practices consistent with this policy and is contractually bound to honor your TCPA consent revocations and other privacy rights.
SMS Opt-In Data — Specific Protection: Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes outside of our licensed insurance agency partner program described in this Policy. Your SMS opt-in data is used solely to communicate with you about your insurance inquiry through American Trucker Benefits and our current partner agencies. SMS opt-in data is excluded from any data sharing with marketing or analytics partners.
6. Our Current Licensed Insurance Agency Partners and Licensed States
American Trucker Benefits shares lead information with the following licensed insurance agency partners for the purpose of providing you with insurance quotes and coverage options:
| Agency Name | Agency NPN | Licensed States | Date Added |
|---|---|---|---|
| First Pillar Legacy | 22182686 | Florida, Texas | April 2026 |
Geographic coverage: Insurance quote services are currently available only to residents of Florida and Texas. We are actively expanding to additional states. If you submit information from a state where we are not yet licensed, we will not contact you about insurance products until we are properly licensed in your state. You may be added to a waitlist with your express consent.
This list may change over time. We update this list as agency partner relationships are added, modified, or removed, and as additional states are licensed. The version of this list in effect at the time you submitted your information is preserved in our records and applies to your consent. Only agencies on the partner list at the time of your consent — and licensed in your state at that time — will contact you under that consent.
If you would like a copy of the version of this list that was in effect at the time of your specific form submission, contact us at support@americantruckerbenefits.com with your name, phone number, and approximate date of submission, and we will provide the relevant historical version.
7. Sharing Your Information
We may share your personal information in the following circumstances:

These vendors are contractually obligated to use your information only as directed by us and to maintain appropriate security.
With Marketing and Analytics Partners
We may share de-identified or aggregated data with advertising and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta) to measure and improve our marketing performance. We do not share your phone number, SMS opt-in status, or content of SMS messages with these partners.
For Legal Reasons
We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, subpoena, or government authority, or to protect the safety, rights, or property of American Trucker Benefits, our agency partners, our users, or others.
Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. Successor entities will be bound by the commitments in this policy.
What We Do Not Do
- We do not sell your personal information to data brokers or unrelated third parties.
