Why We Made This Page

When you request information through American Trucker Benefits, you may interact with AI-powered assistants as part of our communication process. We believe in radical transparency about how AI is used in our communications with you. This page explains exactly what our AI agents do, what they cannot do, what they are not, and your rights as a user at every step.

Your TCPA Consent Covers AI Communications

When you submitted your information through one of our forms, you expressly consented to receive calls and text messages — including AI-generated messages — from Kingsley Consulting (d/b/a American Trucker Benefits) and our licensed insurance agency partners. AI-generated communications are covered under your prior express written consent. Standard messaging rates apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message.

The current list of our licensed insurance agency partners is available in our Privacy Policy.

Our AI Agents

Name What It Does How You'll Interact
Aria Schedules appointments, sends reminders, follows up after calls, and helps connect you with your assigned licensed field underwriter SMS text messages

Additional AI agents may be added over time. This page will be updated when they are.

Aria identifies herself by name in her messages and answers honestly any time you ask whether she is an AI. We have already disclosed our use of AI agents in our form consent and on this AI Disclosure page, so Aria does not need to repeat the AI disclosure in every message. She is not a person and does not pretend to be one.

Who Operates Our AI Agents

Our AI agents operate on behalf of American Trucker Benefits and our current licensed insurance agency partners. The current list of agency partners is published in our Privacy Policy and currently includes:

  • First Pillar Legacy (Agency NPN 22182686) — licensed insurance agency, currently licensed in Florida and Texas

When you receive a message from Aria, you can ask which agency she's working with on your behalf, and she'll tell you. You can also see the current full partner list and licensed states in our Privacy Policy at any time.

Geographic Coverage

Our licensed insurance agency partners currently operate in Florida and Texas only. We are actively expanding to additional states. The current list of states where coverage is available is published in our Privacy Policy and updated as we obtain new state licenses.

If you submitted information from a state where we are not yet licensed, we may have placed you on a waitlist to notify you when coverage becomes available. We will not contact you about insurance products until we are properly licensed in your state.

What Our AI Agents Can Do

  • Schedule and confirm appointments with your assigned licensed field underwriter
  • Send reminders about upcoming calls and policy milestones
  • Answer general questions about our process, our company, and what to expect
  • Follow up after your call to make sure everything went smoothly
  • Provide links to educational resources and product information
  • Update your contact preferences (preferred call time, opt-out, etc.)

What Our AI Agents Cannot Do

  • Quote insurance prices, premiums, or rates
  • Ask about your medical history, health conditions, or any underwriting information
  • Make any promises about coverage, approval, or insurance payouts
  • Bind any insurance policy or make contractual commitments on behalf of any carrier
  • Process payments or collect financial information via text
  • Provide legal, financial, or insurance advice

All insurance-related decisions, recommendations, and quotes are handled exclusively by licensed field underwriters and insurance professionals at our licensed insurance agency partners. Our AI agents exist to make scheduling and follow-up faster, not to replace human licensed professionals.

Your Rights at All Times

1. Opt Out Anytime

Reply STOP to any text message to immediately stop receiving messages. No questions asked, no "are you sure" follow-ups. You can also opt out by:

We honor opt-out requests through any reasonable method, in accordance with FCC rules effective April 11, 2025.

2. Talk to a Human

At any point in your conversation with an AI agent, you can request to speak directly with your assigned licensed field underwriter. Just text "rep", "human", or "agent" — or simply ask to be connected. Your request will be routed to a licensed human within the next business hour during normal business hours.

3. Confirm Whether You're Speaking with AI

If you're ever unsure whether you're communicating with a person or an AI assistant, ask. We will always be honest. Aria will confirm she is an AI any time you ask. We disclosed AI use in the consent block at the time you submitted your form and on this page — Aria does not repeat this disclosure in every message but identifies herself by name.

4. Know Which Agency Is Contacting You

You can ask Aria or any human agent which licensed insurance agency they're contacting you on behalf of, and we'll tell you. The current list of our agency partners is always available in our Privacy Policy.

5. State-Specific Rights

  • Florida residents: Under the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act (FTSA), you have specific rights regarding marketing communications. We honor those rights in addition to federal TCPA protections.
  • Texas residents: Under Texas SB 140 (Mini-TCPA, effective September 1, 2025), AI text communications are subject to the same consent and opt-out protections as human-sent texts.
  • California residents: Under California SB 1001, you have the right to know whether you are communicating with a bot. We affirmatively disclose AI use in our form consent block (before you submit) and on this page. Aria will also confirm she is an AI any time you ask.
  • Utah residents: Under the Utah AI Policy Act (effective May 1, 2024), our AI agents disclose their AI status in regulated occupations, including insurance.
  • All other states: We apply the highest applicable state standard to all communications, regardless of where you live.

How We Train and Supervise Our AI

  • Aria operates from a defined script developed by our compliance team. She does not generate freeform medical, legal, or insurance advice.
  • Human oversight: All conversations are logged and periodically reviewed by our compliance and operations team.
  • Continuous improvement: Aria's responses are improved over time based on user feedback and oversight reviews.
  • No autonomous decisions: Aria does not approve, deny, or modify insurance coverage. She cannot make commitments on behalf of insurance carriers or agency partners.

Data and Privacy

Information you share with our AI agents is handled the same way as information you share with our human staff. It is stored, transmitted, and protected according to our Privacy Policy. AI-generated message logs are retained for a minimum of four (4) years to comply with telecommunications regulations.

We do not use the content of your conversations with our AI agents to train third-party AI models. We do not sell your conversation data. We do not share AI conversation transcripts with third parties for marketing purposes.
